Returns & Exchanges
All Cowboy Cool products are crafted to the highest of standards: their fit, quality and durability are ensured. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is somehow defective, or else not what you ordered, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund.
In all such cases, every item for return MUST be in original, unused condition. And that means free of any visible wear and tear, unwashed and with all sales tags still attached. We regret that boots or shoes not in original condition CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.
To return any merchandise, simply send the item(s) to us within 30 days of the date of shipping. Please remember to include the packing list, return label and original sales ticket that accompanied each purchase. Pack the item(s) securely, and clearly state your reason for return. Gift recipients must provide all the information requested on the return form, or the purchaser’s account will be credited for the merchandise. We regret that shipping charges are nonrefundable: all returns must be mailed with pre-paid postage; unfortunately, we are unable to accept C.O.D. For further assistance, please contact customer service via e-mail, or by phone at 800.966.0122. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will credit the purchase price of the merchandise back to your original method of payment. Should you request an exchange, a new charge will be issued to your account for the replacement. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from all items. Credit card refunds will be processed within one billing cycle. When sending us your returned goods, we strongly suggest that you use a recognized carrier (such as FedEx, UPS or USPS Parcel Post) and insure your item(s) for the full purchase price. And, just in case, we recommend that you keep all insurance and postal receipts for your records.

Due to the time involved in their manufacture, and the uniqueness of the finished products, custom and/or special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
